Stress: Critical Issues in Management and Prevention Guide
This stress manual was development to educate, and guide the reader to understanding the cause of their stress. The guide also provides exercises, tools and resources to explore the origins of ones primary stressors.  The key to managing stress is finding balance between one's mind, body and spirit which ultimately support a healthy self.
